ProTect Standard
Our ProTect Standard cover means that each TOUGHBOOK comes with 3 years’ standard warranty (1 year for handhelds), covering your hardware, software and firmware - including parts and labour. For Android customers, that also means we’ll provide security patches to your devices twice per year for the life of your device, giving you even more protection against security threats.
As part of your ProTect Standard cover, you’ll have access to the TOUGHBOOK help desk and Service Cloud self-service portal, plus our guarantee of a four-day total turnaround time** on device repairs.
You can even choose our Extended Cover*, for up to 5 years. So you can focus on the work that truly matters - and let us take care of the rest.
ProTect Accidental Damage
For the ultimate protection, there’s ProTect Accidental Damage cover. In addition to all the benefits included in our ProTect Standard warranty, your device will be covered against damage too, for those ‘just in case’ moments. Plus, we’ll double your battery cover to 12 months.
COMPASS Complete: Dedicated Android Protection
For TOUGHBOOK Android devices, there’s COMPASS Complete: our dedicated Android service bundles.
Available in two levels – COMPASS Complete and Smart COMPASS Complete – you’ll get all the benefits of our Extended Warranty and Accidental Damage Warranty cover, plus our Android long-term support service.
